4) The Songs of Dolphin is based on two true stories in Boston in the nineties, but fictionalized.
5) Hidden Treasures is the story (and title of this compilation) of an elderly Cherokee woman that lives within the boundaries of a National Forest. She is unexpectedly charged for many years of back taxes. Since she was originally within the National Forest, there is a grandfather clause that exempts her from property taxes (true, actually). Due to a new survey she is sent a huge bill. She becomes frantic and begins to look for an old box with her Savings Bonds in them. She cannot find it. Her nephew suspects that her wild pet fox stole it and dragged it to his lair.
6) The Sixth Day is about a government-created clone, his personal life, rebellion and finally, radicalization.
7) The Magician a young man discovers that a combination of fog and Table Talk pies can produce gold, silver and precious stones, changing the ethics of the stock market forever.
